Continuous Improvement System


 

The company sets a target of zero defects. In order to achieve this goal, we should continuously enhance our process improvement and quality management practices. By the way, company should perfect quality information and communication channels to help related employees and departments to be involved in the whole work of quality management.


 

In 2010, we started to use project management to help improve process quality and the company development. And we had already organized a project for improvement according to the points raised in audit of the company, monthly review and management evaluation. In 2011, there were 60 projects approved in total, of which, 32 projects made benefits, and 28 ones helped improve the process quality.
