Spherical Roller Bearing

The spherical roller bearing of TWB uses enhanced design which includes symmetrical rollers, a mid-rib-less inner ring, and modified line contact between roller and race, so has maximum load ratings. To meet demands of various customers TWB can provide pressed steel cage design (C type) machined brass cage design (CA type) and new steel cage design (CT type) spherical roller bearing. These designs are further include high precision, low noise, sealed, impact-proof series for customer to be selected according to various applications.

Features:
·Higher bearing capacity for radial or radial-axial load;
·Positioning ability at both axial directions;
·Higher radial rigidity and impact-proof ability;
·Self-aligning ability allows weak rigidity of frame or shaft and deficient alignment between horsing and shaft.


Cylindrical Roller Bearing

The cylindrical roller bearing of TWB uses optimized crowned rollers and has maximum load ratings. To meet requirements of special applications, TWB has specially developed impact-proof cylindrical roller bearing for vibrating machinery, complementary double-row cylindrical roller bearing for hoisting machinery.


Features:
·Higher radial load bearing capacity, and certain axial load capacity for proper type;
·Meet various axial positioning / moving requirements depend on proper type;
·High rotating precision and radial rigidity;
·Low energy loss and high limited speed for rib-less type;
·Able to mount separately.

Deep Groove Ball Bearing

TWB can supply basic, sealed or shielded deep groove ball bearing of various precision grade and various vibration levels.

Angular Contact Ball Bearing

TWB can supply various types and specifications duplex angular contact ball bearing, which have extreme rotating precision and axial rigidity, easy to mount and reliable performance, as well as supply various precision grades bearing with different cage design.

·Able to bear complex load consisting radial load and axial load from a defined direction;
·Positioning ability in a defined axial direction;
·High rotating precision, higher axial rigidity than deep groove ball bearing in a defined direction;
·Low energy loss and high limited seed.

Tapered Roller Bearing

The tapered roller bearing of TWB uses optimized crowned rollers and has maximum load ratings. To meet customer’ demands, TWB can not only supply various precision single row tapered roller bearing, but also double row bearing and quadrupled row bearing which have extreme high load capacity, rotating precision, positioning precision in both axial directions, easy to mount and reliable performances.

Thrust Spherical Roller Bearing
